Things to Keep in Mind Before you order
- Please be aware that creating a custom design takes longer than purchasing a prebuilt wrap. Each design demands considerable time and effort from our design team. During our peak season, which runs from August to February, the usual turnaround time for a custom sled wrap can range from one to four weeks before the final product is shipped.
- The design is crafted using software that renders the machine in a 2D perspective. While we cannot ensure that every element of the design will align flawlessly when the wrap pieces are affixed to a 3D object, we do consider this during the design process and strive to adjust for any potential problem areas.
- Proofs are provided in a digital format, which means you'll be viewing your colors in RGB. This can make the colors appear up to ten times brighter on a computer or phone screen compared to the actual printed colors in CMYK. We are more than willing to send you printed color samples of your wrap before printing the final project, so be sure to request those. After you approve the final proof, we will not be responsible for reprints if the colors do not meet your expectations.
- Discussing templates, it's clear that they're not all made the same. We strive to source the highest quality coverage templates available, yet small gaps are inevitable, regardless of the wrap company's template choice. Vinyl, inherently different from paint, cannot achieve the same coverage. Certain gaps are intentional, designed to accommodate the machinery's movement and to prevent damage in vulnerable areas. For those seeking coverage similar to paint, opting for a wrap may not meet expectations.
HOW THE CUSTOM WRAP PROCESS WORKS
- Upon receiving your design deposit payment, along with your ideas, make, model, plastic color, and color schemes, we will begin constructing your design. If you do not hear from us within three days, please check your junk mail or contact us at 307-254-9966. Alternatively, you can email us at extremerealitiesdesign@gmail.com.
- Based on the complexity of the design request, we will send you the initial draft via email within three to seven days. Following this, it will either be approved for production or we will undertake a second revision.
- Should changes be necessary and we proceed to a second edit, we request that you examine the design thoroughly and then provide us with a detailed description of any modifications you would like to see.
- We will implement the necessary adjustments and forward the revised draft within one to five days.
- We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a third and final draft if necessary to ensure you are delighted with your product.
- Once the wrap meets your complete satisfaction with the edits, the subsequent step is to proceed with printing and shipping. Production may take up to three business days.
- The total time to receive your wrap may range from one to four weeks, depending on the number of design edits you request from us. We aim to complete the first edit within one week.
